In The Beginning

Kennedy & Company Estate Agents opened its doors back in May 1998, and we have been hugely focused on becoming the area’s leading independent estate agents ever since. Owner Darryl Kennedy began his career as an estate agent many years ago, and has strived to provide a professional and pro-active yet friendly and approachable independent estate agency, that can comfortably cater for all aspects of residential property sales.

"We set about getting 3 quotes from various agents in Sandy but from the day that Matthew did our valuation, we knew who we were going to go with. Matthew's professionalism from the day of the initial valuation to the marketing of our property was excellent and we knew that we had made the right choice in selling our property, funnily enough using the same agent we originally bought it from. I will be recommending Kennedy's to any of my friends who decide to join the housing market, everyone I speak to can’t believe that we sold so quickly. I have told them that is Kennedy's for you, don't use anybody else. I would like to wish all at Kennedy & Co, all the best for the future."

The service offered by Kennedy & Co. was superb. From start to finish, Jonathan and Sue (Potton office) worked tirelessly on our behalf; their communications were clear, their advice was welcome, their hard work was second to none and their professionalism and expertise were exemplary. Our chain was long and suffered enormous complications, but throughout, Jonathan and Sue did not falter, offering guidance and counsel every step of the way. Be in no doubt. If you are in the area and you want your house to sell, Kennedy & Co. are peerless agents to whom we are most grateful and who we recommend without reservation.

"We initially bought our previous house through Kennedys and after having a good experience with them, when it came to selling our house we decided to use them. We mainly dealt with Carolyn and Matt, who were fabulous throughout, an absolute pleasure to speak to. We had a few hiccups along the way (not a fault of their own) however they always guided us through the process no problem at all. Considering we had just come out of the first lockdown our house was sold relatively quickly. Whenever we had a query they were easy to get hold of and had the answers. Would 100% recommend them, their customer service is fantastic!"

Matt & team where amazing during the sale of my house(I have also previously purchased through them as well). Fantastic communication and professionalism during what has been a difficult year for all. The patience they exhibited was superb and I would highly recommend Kennedy’s for any sale or purchase. We chose Kennedy’s as wanted a local Independent agent for that more personal service and to get to speak to the same people that had got to know us. Carolyn and Matt did not disappoint; from start to finish of us selling and buying was spot on. The whole process was very quick as well in just over 9 weeks from selling to completing and cannot thank them enough for a fantastic professional service that they provided. We would highly recommend Kennedy’s. Thanks again.

More About Kennedy & Co.

Starting out solely with an office in Sandy, Kennedy & Company instantly had a huge impact on the property market, and immediately managed to establish ourselves as a wise choice when trying to sell property in the area. The Sandy office enjoyed immense success and gained a large share of the property market, which remains the same today. Record sales, fantastic customer feedback and repeat business saw Kennedy & Co open another office in the nearby market town of Potton. Armed with estate agency experience, excellent marketing tools and enthusiastic staff, the branch went from strength to strength, and has seen off local competition from other estate agencies to remain the number one choice in the Potton area.

More recently, Kennedy & Company grew once more with expansion into the busy town of Biggleswade. Joining forces with established and reputable local estate agent Kim Foster, Kennedy & Foster was born and has been taking the Biggleswade housing market by storm.

As your chosen estate agent, Kennedy & Company can offer 24 hour marketing online using all of the leading property websites including Rightmove and On The Market, along with full colour details, prominent LED window displays with additional rolling screen, and fully accompanied viewings seven days a week. Unlike many of our competitors, we will not charge any up-front costs and we will work exclusively on a no-sale, no-fee basis.

The busy Sandy office is open seven days a week, allowing the hugely motivated sales team to arrange and accompany viewings at every possible opportunity, whilst being on hand at all times to deal with incoming enquiries. Kennedy & Company’s number one priority as your estate agent is to achieve the best possible selling price within the shortest period of time, with the minimum amount of inconvenience and stress to their clients.
