In The Beginning

 

Kennedy & Company Estate Agents opened its doors back in May 1998, and we have been hugely focused on becoming the area’s leading independent estate agents ever since. Owner Darryl Kennedy began his career as an estate agent many years ago, and has strived to provide a professional and pro-active yet friendly and approachable independent estate agency, that can comfortably cater for all aspects of residential property sales.

Starting out solely with an office in Sandy, Kennedy & Company instantly had a huge impact on the property market, and immediately managed to establish ourselves as a wise choice when trying to sell property in the area. The Sandy office enjoyed immense success and gained a large share of the property market, which remains the same today. Record sales, fantastic customer feedback and repeat business saw Kennedy & Co open another office in the nearby market town of Potton. Armed with estate agency experience, excellent marketing tools and enthusiastic staff, the branch went from strength to strength, and has seen off local competition from other estate agencies to remain the number one choice in the Potton area.

 

More recently, Kennedy & Company grew once more with expansion into the busy town of Biggleswade. Joining forces with established and reputable local estate agent Kim Foster, Kennedy & Foster was born and has been taking the Biggleswade housing market by storm.
